David Mackay MCIM

David is an experienced Senior Executive in the Financial Services sector.

  

David brings Board level experience as an Executive and Non Executive with responsibilities for a number of key operational and strategic functions including:  new company start ups; strategy development; mergers and acquisitions; CRM ;Business transformation; customer service; contact centres; lending and mortgage administration.

 

Additionally, David is an expert in Debt Recovery Management, successfully transforming underperforming collection functions to best in class. He has had Executive responsibility for the full range of recovery functions, managing sub prime, buy to let, commercial and impaired portfolios. He has full knowledge and experience in the complete range of recovery techniques, together with regulatory overview and TCF.

 

David has also held Non Executive posts within Chamber of Commerce and NHS Hospital Trust

Tracy Collins (nee McSeveney) - Simplicity the Catalyst (MPNLP)

 

Tracy specializes in breaking down the barriers of limitation so enabling businesses to increase their productivity, professional performance and personal wellbeing. She describes herself as a ‘catalyst for change’ and believes that by discovering the intrinsic ability of ‘people’ allows them to maximize those abilities and achieve their desired business goals. 

 

The backdrop to her business comes from her management role within the legal sector and her experiences as a qualified business coach. Her business ‘Simplicity’ focuses on discovering the structure of what prevents your business from achieving its desired goals and brings about the change required so to make those goals achievable.
